Credit Card Debt Help!

by Fanni
(NJ)

Please! I am looking for a reliable company that can help me reduce the interest rate on my credit card. I am a mother of 2 little boys and a 17 year old girl soon going to college. I am a stay at home mother. Unfortunately, I don't have support from my spouse to pay my bills, in another word I have to handle it on my own.

I can say that all my savings is gone, everything is gone, and the worst thing is when you depend one someone else.

I have sold all my jewelry and I just took some of my expensive coats to be sale in a boutique.
I have been looking for at least part-time jobs but with my little one always getting sick is so difficult to be like before.

I regret 100% leaving my job. I was working at Columbia University and I even went to school there, but for what to be home dealing with all this problem, no friends nothing just be the servant of my children and my husband.

I have been looking for help I even send each credit card company a letter requesting a settlement to low down my interest rate and i have not receive not even one respond.
it is really very hard to find someone to help when you are falling.

please if you know any company who can help me. I will be grateful for the rest of my life.

help with credit card debt
by: Gerri

Fanni,

It sounds like you are really struggling and I am sorry things have been so difficult for you. I am a bit confused by your question. Are you still married? If so, what bills do you have to pay ? just credit cards or is there something else? How much is the total amount you owe? How many different credit card companies? A brief run down of what you are dealing with would be helpful. I would recommend you use our free worksheets to help you get organized.

You indicate that you would like to settle the debts, but where is that money going to come from? How much can you come up with to settle?
